Suzanne McIntosh – President

After receiving a BA in Economics, Suzanne became a Certified Public Accountant.  To satisfy her interest in production businesses, she joined the Enterprise Group of Arthur Andersen in McLean, Virginia where she worked in a wide range of industries as a financial and operations auditor.  After the birth of her third child, a daughter with Down syndrome,  Suzanne stepped away from her career to focus on family.  She became an advocate for inclusion and employment opportunities for people with disabilities and served on local public advisory committees and the boards of private charitable organizations.  In 2008, Suzanne joined Furnace Hills Coffee Company, a specialty coffee roaster that employs adults with disabilities. Leslie Rigg – Vice President

Recently retired from a 26 year career as co-owner of a specialty medical equipment business, Leslie provided custom, complex rehabilitation equipment for individuals with mobility limitations. A previous career as speech pathologist provided experience with individuals with a variety of different abilities. Leslie has a Bachelors degree in Liberal Studies from San Jose State University and a Masters in Speech Pathology from Central Missouri State University. She has enjoyed a variety of volunteer activities involving individuals with disabilities including over 25 years as an instructor and board member with Recreation Unlimited, a non profit organization providing instruction in alpine skiing and snowboarding to any individual unable to participate in the regular ski school program a the local Bogus Basin Ski Resort.

Allison McIntosh – Secretary/Treasurer

Allison McIntosh is a certified PMP Program Manager with over 30 years’ experience in the Federal information technology industry leading project teams, bidding, winning and managing multi-million dollar contracts and developing business relationships. Allison has a B.S. in Commerce, Finance from the University of Virginia; a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute; and a Certificate in Financial Planning from Georgetown University. She has volunteered as a financial mentor and supports efforts to enable individuals to achieve self-sufficiency.
